As an IT and Technology Due Diligence specialist, I supported M&A clients by providing key information about existing IT environments. My approach included in-depth documentation analysis and the direct involvement of specialists and CxOs to assess strategy, implementation, infrastructure and cybersecurity. I delivered practical recommendations to clients across a variety of industries and technologies.

As an IT and management innovator, I joined the company at the beginning of its reorganisation. I quickly learned the construction industry, with a particular focus on Lean Construction. I began by organising the company and introducing modern collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and Asana. I also created dedicated applications and placed strong emphasis on organisational modelling. We impressed an independent auditor with our approach to Factory Production Control and its automation. In parallel, I led work on a completely new digital product for individual investors. We successfully presented the house and the new platform at two trade events. The effectiveness and innovation of our work was confirmed when we won a major B2B project despite our offer being 25% more expensive than the competition. Unfortunately, due to force majeure, I had to end this highly promising collaboration unexpectedly.

As a Consultant, I took on the challenge of building a new department focused on Google competencies and services from the ground up. My role combined operational and strategic work: I managed partner-channel relationships, worked closely with key technology providers such as Google and Microsoft, and collaborated with our first clients.
